The Process

1. Consultation

Once you fill out an inquiry form, we’ll reach out to you to set up a complimentary consultation. We offer the flexibility of in-person, over-the-phone, or virtual consultations. Just as no two weddings are alike, our stationery quotes follow suit. We’ll gather all the important details during our consultation to build you a custom quote based on your exact needs.

2. PROPOSAL CREATION

After our initial meeting we will begin working on your custom proposal. Once all your items and services have been approved, we’ll send over a finalized contract outlining our services, timelines, and more. All that is required to book your date is a signed contract and 50% deposit of your project total. When everything has been signed, sealed, and delivered you officially join our Artfully Overjoyed crew.

3. pROJECT PLANNING

Once the details have been finalized, we’ll start working on your project outline. Your project outline will include projected due dates throughout the span of our entire project to ensure we’re staying on track.

4. DESIGN

Let’s design your paper goods! We’ll work closely together curating invitations that honor your story and vision. Your special moments deserve nothing less than a tailor-made touch.

5. ONE LAST STOP

Consider this your invitation concierge service. Whether you prefer hands-on assistance or guidance through the final steps, we're here for you. Some couples enjoy completing the last stages themselves, while others entrust us with everything. Whatever your preference, we've got options tailored just for you. Your journey, your way.
